  • At this time, Lionshare Leadership Group ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Lionshare Leadership Group ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Most orders placed before 1:30 PM CST will be shipped on the same business day. Most orders placed after 1:30PM CST orders will be shipped the next business day. This policy includes "Next Day", "2nd Day Air" and "3 Day Select".

  • If you wish to return your product within 30 days of purchase, please contact our offices for an RMA number. We aim for 100% customer satisfaction and will work with you to make sure your needs are met. If your product is defective, we will exchange for a new product at no charge.
