Conversations with Fathers - Leadership Kit

In Lionshare’s initial ‘Fathers of the Faith’ series, Conversations with Fathers of the Faith, six current spiritual fathers – Loren Cunningham, John Perkins, Lloyd Ogilvie, Jack Hayford, Winkie Pratney and Henry Blackaby – convened to engage in six conversations aimed at spiritual leaders and their leadership teams (elders, deacons, staff, volunteer leaders, etc.). While together, they shared both personally and practically the priority of their friendship with Jesus while also deliberately tending their spiritual health. They also discussed the essentials of how a leader is to guard their heart and addressed some of the key issues and challenges faced by spiritual leaders today. When talk turned to the church and the desperate need to recover disciple-making in our day, these six men who are in the process of finishing well, unload their hearts.
